Novis vs StudyFetch
StudyFetch is a broad AI study platform: notes, flashcards, quizzes and practice tests from your uploads, live lecture recording, a chat and voice tutor called Sparky, and a calendar that plans study sessions up to your exam. Novis does fewer things: FSRS scheduling, cards linked to their source, and exports you can take to other apps.
Pick StudyFetch if
- You want lecture recording, a voice tutor, explainer videos and study games in one app.
- You want an Android app, or exam-style practice questions in MCAT or AP formats.
- Your school connects StudyFetch to Canvas, Blackboard, D2L Brightspace or Schoology.
Pick Novis if
- You want to know how your reviews are scheduled: Novis uses FSRS, a published algorithm.
- You want to take your cards with you: Anki, CSV, Markdown or a printable sheet, on every plan.
- You want a Windows desktop app, or a lower monthly price (.99 for Novis Student).

Switching from StudyFetch

- If you have Anki or Quizlet decks, import those directly.
- Add your exam date in the calendar and link the deck, so no review lands after it.
