Using the service
You may use Novis and Novis Penmode for lawful personal study. You are responsible for the material you upload and for checking AI-generated cards, summaries, and feedback before relying on them.
Accounts and access
Keep your sign-in secure, whether that is your email and password, your Google account, or your Apple Account. We may limit or suspend access for abuse, security threats, unlawful use, or attempts to bypass product limits.
AI features
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Generated material is a study aid, not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Review your source material and use your own judgment. AI features consume credits from your account balance, and some features are unavailable when your balance is exhausted.
Cost and billing
Novis is free to start and includes a one-time grant of AI credits. Paid subscription plans and one-time credit packs are available. The price, the billing period, and any free trial are shown before you are charged, and taxes may apply. Purchases made on the web are processed by Stripe and can be managed or cancelled from the Account screen. Purchases made on iPhone or iPad are processed by Apple, are billed to your Apple Account, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and are managed in the Settings app. Refunds for Apple purchases are handled by Apple under its own terms.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
